Smashing Stereotypes: Leveraging Neurodiversity in Cybersecurity

The session will be structured to be interactive and engage students, educators, and employers in dialogue to improve awareness, acceptance, and advancement of neurodiversity in cybersecurity. The audience will also receive guidance on self-awareness and self-advocacy strategies to promote retention and prevent burnout, as well as neurodiversity-inclusive design ideas for the workplace.
